Overview
Maestro is a cutting-edge interactive video platform that enables creators and brands to deliver engaging direct-to-consumer (D2C) streaming experiences across TV, mobile, and web. The platform empowers content owners to forge direct relationships with their customers, cutting out the middleman while providing personalized interactivity at scale.
As Front End Lead, I oversee the frontend architecture and engineering team, driving technical decisions that power experiences for major entertainment brands including Epic Games, Apple, Coachella, The Grammys, and Billie Eilish. Our technology enables real-time audience engagement, shoppable video experiences, multi-camera viewing, and seamless integration with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
FNCS 2023: Epic Games Partnership
I led the charge on a new iteration of the in-stream shopping experience with Shopify integration for our customer Epic Games while broadcasting the Fortnite World Championship (FNCS 2023). This groundbreaking project enabled viewers to purchase in-game items and merchandise directly from the live stream.
The success of this project allowed me to attend the event in person in Denmark, witnessing firsthand how our platform enhanced the viewing experience for millions of Fortnite fans worldwide.

My Role & Responsibilities
Front End Team Leadership
Lead the frontend engineering team, driving architectural decisions and establishing best practices. Successfully delivered multiple projects from conception to production, ensuring high-quality releases that meet both technical and business requirements.
Architecture Decision Records (ADR)
Work on Architecture Decision Records, creating technical presentations that document technology choices and their rationale. This process ensures informed decision-making and maintains consistency across the platform's technical evolution.
Epic Games FNCS 2023 Project
